He is the Honourable Commissioner for Health and Human services, Benue State. He is also the Chief Consultant Orthopaedic / Trauma Surgeon and Head of Surgery at Asokoro District Hospitals Abuja Nigeria. His sterling medical practice began after obtaining Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Jos and Benin. He began as a Medical Officer in Charge of Community Unit OmuAran,Kwara State. He is a Fellow of West Africa College of Surgeons. Dr. Ongbabo medical journey started witnessing exponential growth both in practice and capacity building henceforth.

He has practiced at National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu,Also as Deputy Director Medical and Diagnostics Health and Human Services Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja. Coordinator FCT Emergency Medical / Ambulance services. His other expertise includes: Trauma, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Accidents and Emergencies, General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Aneastheology and Pediatric Surgery.

Dr. Ongabo busy medical practice did not stop him from acquiring training in other fields, he holds Diploma in Practical Theology and attended Azuza World Ministry Training institute schools of Ministry Phoenix Arizona USA. Dr. Ongbabo belongs to different professional bodies and Associations which include: Nigerian Medical Association, NigerianOrthopaedic Association, and Societe International, de ChirugieOrthopaedicet,deTraumatologiea.i.b.l (S.I.C.O.T).
Dr. Ongbabo’s humane and compassionate personality have seen him providing services as Honorary Consultant to Hospital of Immaculate Conception and Oyishoma Memorial Hospital Obagaji Benue state.

He is married to EneOngbabo and blessed with two boys and two girls.

Mr. NGBEDE JOHN OYISHOMA (Executive Secretary – ARIC)

Ngbede lectures at the Department of English and Linguistics, Federal University Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria. As a lecturer, he teaches Multilingualism, Pragmatics, Applied Linguistics. Whereas in Linguistics he supervises students in critical qualitative studies in Sociolinguistics and Cultural Studies of English language education and intercultural communication. Before veering into University education lectureship, Ngbede combines adaptive teaching expertise and student-centered approach to learning in elementary and high school settings.

His commitment to quality education earned him administrative positions in top-tier Schools in the Central Business District of the Federal Capital of Nigeria Abuja. In the last two decades, he has influenced dozens to acquire higher education in different fields. Ngbede combines excellence and erudition which has led him to present position papers on Educational empowerment to the rural community especially in the Middle Belt Region of Nigeria. As a Chairman of Obagaji Teachers Association, during his tenure he raised the bar in capacity building of teachers which was paramount to qualitative teaching and also contributed to periodic curriculum review to reflect the changing educational dynamic. As a religious person, he served as General Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Agatu Local Government Chapter.

His rising profile in the academia took him to Humboldt University Berlin Germany for a Visiting Research Stay where he conducted research at the Department of Asian and African Studies. Ngbede holds BA English, MA Linguistics, Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Currently a PhD candidate at the University of Ibadan.

His passion for community development led him to co-found Agatu Resource and Innovation Centre (ARIC). He is married to Rachael and they are blessed with two children Pearl and John


Elizabeth Duile is a consummate Public health professional; a project management expert, Medical laboratory Scientist and a Social worker with over 11 years’ cognate experience. She has worked with people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS on various PEPFAR and non PEPFAR funded – nonprofit / non-Governmental programs & projects – (FHI360, AHNi, CIHP and AHF Nigeria), where she served in various capacity to ensure top notch service delivery through strengthened health and community systems.

Elizabeth has expertise working with different target population groups (in diverse settings) including young women (of reproductive age), & girls, adolescents and young persons in the area of Sexual Reproductive health right, advocacy and program development.

She is an Independent member of the John Maxwell Team – as a Speaker, trainer and coach – with a focus on Leadership, public speaking, personal growth and development.Elizabeth as a life coach inspires people in the bottom of the pyramid to discover their asset, develop their skill set and this she does through various platforms including mastermind sessions, physical and virtual leadership engagements and training programs.

Elizabeth unending quest is her astuteness in Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and human capital development. She is a mentor to many.

Mr. STEPHEN S. ENADA (Co-Founder – ARIC)

He is the Co-Founder of ARIC and currently the Executive President and Co-Founder of the International Committee On Nigeria (ICON), a non-profit organization based in North America. ICON is a multi-stakeholder body that is working to secure a future for all Nigerians, where rule-of-law, justice, religious freedom and constitutional rights are secured for all Nigerians, regardless of religion, tribe, or location. ICON works to connect diverse actors, civic and government leaders, with Western counterparts to partner on behalf of ICON vision of a diverse, inclusive and prosperous Nigeria.

Stephen was the pioneer Executive Director of Ayobola Pension Foundation, an advocacy organization based in Lagos (Nigeria), which demanded the rights of retirees for adequate health care and housing. He has been on board of several leading non-profit organizations in Nigeria over the last eighteen years. Stephen is a fellow of Equator Peace Academy of Uganda Martyr University where he conducted research in the Great Lake Region on memories, conflict, tradition, war and the impact of genocide in Rwanda. Stephen also was Co-team Leader, Mediation Beyond Border East Africa Region [ Rwanda, Burundi and Congo DRC] on project assessment and social project initiatives. Stephen has published numerous articles in journals of Capital Commentary of Center for Public Justice, 21st Century Wilberforce and a book Everything Christian Is a politician.

Stephen is an alumnus of US State Department Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (i.e. International Visitors Leadership Program, IVLP) an elite program on Religious Freedom and Interfaith Dialogue. He is a fellow of Harvard Graduate School of Design where he earned a certificate in Leadership and Finance. Stephen is a Fellow of Acton Institute Michigan, Integrity Action UK. He is member of Alliance for Peacebuilding and a distinguished visitor of Urban Morgan Institute of Human Rights University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Stephen’s graduate studies concentration and intellectual exploration was in: global leadership, sustainable development, peace-building, human rights, public policy, Theology and Philosophy from Fuller School of Inter cultural Studies in Pasadena California and currently at Emory University Georgia. Before then he graduated cum laude from Both ECWA and Baptist Theological Seminaries with Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) and also holds a Bachelor of Religious Studies ( Comparative Religion) from University of Jos.


He is a professional teacher who began his teaching career immediately after his National College Education programme at the College of Education Katsina-ala in Benue State. He later proceeded to Usman Danfodio University Sokoto where he obtained BA English, Benue State University Makurdi, MA Linguistics and Nasarawa State University Keffi, PhD Linguistics.

Yakubu teaches at the Department of Linguistics, Nasarawa State University Keffi. Dr Y.J.Umaru’s experience of starting his teaching career in the rural area has given him very robust knowledge of what the rural dwellers in Nigeria go through and this has stimulated his interest in rural development.


Third among twelve siblings Godwin was born in 1976 to the family of Ret. Cpl. Enegbo Sylvester. A Christian of a Roman Catholic background and now Living Faith Church also known as Winners Chapel Int’l. His leadership ability became apparent early enough as he was appointed the Head Boy in sixth grade. He attended Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Agronomy).

He had a sterling teaching career beginning at St Bernard’s secondary school Aila on a community-based funding, He was employed by the Local Education Authority (LGEA) as a class teacher and was redeployed to Local Government Service Commission as Agriculture Officer thereafter. His competence and commitment has seen him climbed the hierarchy ladder and currently, he is a Senior Agric. Superintendent. He is also a sale’s Representative with Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Nigeria PLC and Suntory Beverage and Food Nig. Ltd. He is married with two beautiful daughters.
